• User Responsibility: Hooked Up LLC (DBA Cutworm Fabrication) is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use, handling, assembly, modification, or neglect of our products. Metal products can have heavy weights and industrial edges; the customer assumes all risk and responsibility for safe handling and operation upon delivery.
• Heat & Materials: Our grills and metal products involve high heat and heavy materials. Users are responsible for following all standard safety protocols when operating equipment.
