Thank you for choosing Cutworm Fabrication. Our products are professional-grade and built-to-order. Because of the nature of custom metal fabrication, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.

48-Hour Shipping Damage Window

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damage caused during transit (dents, crushed packaging, etc.) must be reported to us at cutwormfabrication@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product. 
• Reporting damage within this window is essential for us to process a claim with the shipping carrier.

10-Day Inspection Period

While all sales are final, we stand behind our craftsmanship. You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect your item for any manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Material Characteristics & Natural Finish

Our products are industrial-grade and built for performance. Aluminum is a naturally softer metal; therefore, items may feature minor surface scratches, scuffs, or slight blemishes from the fabrication and CNC process. These are cosmetic characteristics of the raw material and do not affect the structural integrity of your product. These variations are not considered defects.

Defective Items & Resolution

If a genuine manufacturing defect is found within the 10-day window, please contact us with photos of the issue. If a defect is verified, we will, at our discretion, either repair the item, send a replacement, or issue a refund.

Refunds (If Applicable)

In the event that a refund is approved:

• The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
