Shipping policy

Fabrication & Lead Times

At Cutworm Fabrication, our products are handcrafted and built-to-order right here in our shop. We strive to keep products in stock and ready to ship, however if the product is sold out the standard lead time applies.

• Standard Lead Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for fabrication and quality inspection before your order is shipped.
• This lead time applies to all standard products, please allow 3 weeks lead time on any custom orders.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 states. We primarily utilize UPS to ensure that our metal products are tracked and handled reliably during transit to your door.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Damage (48-Hour Window)

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. While we pack our items to withstand heavy handling, transit damage can occur.

• You must report any shipping damage (dents, crushed boxes, or product blemishes) within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide photos of the exterior packaging and the product so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Missing or Misdelivered Packages

• Correct Labeling: We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.
• Carrier Error: If the carrier delivers to the wrong house despite a correct label, Cutworm Fabrication is not responsible for the loss. In these cases, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
